Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our dedicated support team via email or phone within 7 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Quality Verification

  Provide clear photographs or videos of the technical defect or physical damage to help our engineers verify the eligibility of your claim.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Pack the product in its original EcoFlow box with all cables, manuals, and accessories included to ensure safe transit back to our facility.

• 4.
  Pickup and Replacement

  Once approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup and dispatch a brand-new replacement unit to your address within 5-7 business days.
